Q - TEMP™ -
non-eugenol, acrylic/urethane polymer based temporary cement.

Activator Perfect Adhesive Cement Porcelain Fix Primabond Q-Etch Q-Temp Prima 2000 Q-Zip

It is designed to be reliable, easy-to-use and economical. Q-Temptm is unique because it is different than the other temporary or provisional cements on the market. Most current non-eugenol temporary cements are compounds that contain zinc oxide and oil. These materials, while familiar still have many limitations such as clean-up difficulty, interference with permanent cement polymerization and low initial strength.
Q-Temptm does not contain essential oils or zinc oxide so it will not harm temporary crowns or interfere with permanent cementation. Q-Temp's unique 2-stage polymerization allows for fast and easy clean-up without compromising working time or performance.
Q-Temptm is fully compatible with both acrylic and composite (bis-acryl) temporary materials and is indicated on both natural and metal implant abutments.
In addition to being a versatile temporary cement, Q-Temptm is ideal for permanent cementation of implant-retained crowns. Q-Temptm ensures easy cementation and
high retention while maintaining retrievability, when desired.
Apply Q-Temptm into the temporary crown, use a plastic instrument or spatula to distribute the material and insert the temporary. You'll immediately notice the ease of seating, and how Q-Temptm extrudes easily around the crown margins.
Within 90 seconds, the creamy extruded material reaches the first stage of the material's cure. With a coherent rubbery consistency during the first cure stage, removal of the material from the interproximal areas, sulcular tissues and undercuts is quick and easy. As the material continues to cure, it achieves a rigid set that easily retains the temporary, yet can be simply removed when the time comes to place the permanent restoration.
